Graded aggregate stockpile and conveyor
Aggregates & sand

Crushed, screened and graded at our own quarries.

Coarse aggregate from 40mm down to 6mm chips, manufactured sand, crusher dust and road-layer material, all from rock we quarry ourselves, so the gradation on your third load matches the first.

Sizes & applications

Pick the size the specification asks for

Nominal sizes below are the trade designations used on site. Gradation is controlled to IS 383 bands and reported per consignment.

Graded aggregate stockpile
Single-source gradation
All sizes come from the same rock, so aggregate interlock and colour stay consistent across your pours.
Washed where it matters
Fines and silt controlled at screening, because excess dust costs you cement and workability.
Weighbridge on every load
Loads weighed and documented so the tonnage on the challan is the tonnage on your site.
Rates per brass or tonne
Quoted the way you buy, delivered, with haulage stated separately and openly.
Material Size Used for
40mm metal
40mm metal 40 mm Mass concrete, foundation fill, gabion and soling work below floor level.
20mm metal
20mm metal 20 mm The general-purpose coarse aggregate for RCC slabs, beams and columns.
10mm metal
10mm metal 10 mm Thin sections, congested reinforcement, pumped concrete and paver bedding.
6mm chips
6mm chips 6 mm Plaster grit, precast finishes, surface dressing and interlocking pavers.
M-Sand
M-Sand 0 – 4.75 mm Manufactured fine aggregate for concrete , consistent grading and low silt.
P-Sand
P-Sand 0 – 2.36 mm Plastering sand, finer graded for smooth wall and ceiling finishes.
Crusher dust
Crusher dust 0 – 4.75 mm Paver bedding, trench backfill, block making and compacted filling.
GSB
GSB Graded Granular sub-base for roads and hardstands, to the specified gradation band.
WMM
WMM Graded Wet mix macadam base course, moisture-corrected for immediate rolling.
Boulders & rubble
Boulders & rubble Assorted Retaining structures, gabion baskets, soling and bulk level correction.
Road & pavement layers

Every layer of the build-up, from one producer

Each layer wants a different gradation, a different moisture correction and a different delivery rhythm. Sourcing them together is how the build-up stays consistent and the test paperwork matches.

Subgrade fill Boulders, rubble and quarry spoil for bulk filling and level correction.
Granular sub-base GSB to the specified gradation band, supplied at controlled moisture for compaction.
Wet mix macadam WMM base course, mixed and moisture-corrected so rolling can begin on arrival.
Dry lean concrete DLC batched at our ready-mix plant against the pavement specification.
Pavement quality concrete PQC for the wearing course, or paver blocks and kerbs from our precast division.
How we produce it

From the working face to your tipper

Quarry wall prepared for blasting
01

Drill & blast

Benches drilled and charged under statutory clearance and controlled blast design.

Excavator loading blasted rock
02

Excavate & haul

Blasted rock loaded by excavator and hauled to the primary crusher.

Crushing and screening plant
03

Crush & screen

Multi-stage crushing and vibrating screens separate each nominal size.

Loader working a stockpile
04

Stockpile & load

Sizes stockpiled separately, then loaded and weighed for dispatch.

Testing

What gets checked before it leaves

Aggregate quality is mostly invisible in a stockpile and obvious in a cube result. These are the tests we run and report, to IS 2386 and IS 383.

Sieve analysis
Particle size distribution against the IS 383 band for each nominal size.
Silt & clay content
Deleterious fines kept within limits so cement demand stays predictable.
Water absorption
Measured so batching water can be corrected for saturated aggregate.
Impact & crushing value
Mechanical strength of the parent rock, tested to IS 2386 Part IV.
Flakiness & elongation
Particle shape controlled, because flaky aggregate weakens the mix.
Abrasion value
Wear resistance for pavement and hardstand applications.
Crushing and screening plant
Make in India
Quarried, crushed and hauled in Maharashtra, under Indian mining leases and Indian statutory clearances.

Rates are quoted per brass or per metric tonne, delivered. Single tippers for home builders are as welcome as running schedules.
